Z\u00e1kladem je, jako u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho podobn\u00e9ho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, si po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed podpisem d\u016fkladn\u011b p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst smlouvu a ve\u0161ker\u00e9 podm\u00ednky.
